Add your staff to the Trio Education panel.

Trio Education is a purpose-built solution for educational institutions designed to manage student attendance, monitor device usage, and oversee online activities. It addresses the concerns of both authorities and parents by providing a comprehensive management system. The application integrates seamlessly with the Trio Student app, eliminating the need for additional device configurations. With its intuitive interface and straightforward functionality, Trio Education is user-friendly and easy to operate.

In this manual, we're going to demonstrate how to add the school staff to the Trio Education panel.

The Staff Management in Trio Education allows school management to:

  • Add Viewers: Individuals who can view the panel's information but cannot make changes.

  • Add Admins: Individuals with full access to manage and configure the panel.

This feature helps distribute responsibilities and manage the school's digital environment effectively.

Staff

Schools and educators can now add their staff to the panel to get help operating and supervising classes and students. To add the staff to the panel, the admin can follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to "Staff" from the sidebar.

  2. Click on" Add Staff."

  3. Add the staff's full name.

  4. Determine their access level.

  5. Choose the class they have access to.

  6. Choose their job position.

  7. Enter their email address.

  8. Enter their phone number (optional).

  9. Press "Add.”

  10. Select “Done.”

An email with the invitation link is sent to the staff in question, and they can join the panel by creating their password.

  • If they accept the invitation, their status is displayed as "Active" on the school panel.

  • If they don't check their emails within 10 minutes, the invitation link and the status will be "Expired."

  • If the invited user has not accepted the invitation and the invitation link has not expired yet, the status is shown as "Pending."

  • Suspending the staff changes their status to "Deactivated."
