Learn how to create a class on Trio Education

Trio Education is a purpose-built solution for educational institutions designed to manage student attendance, monitor device usage, and oversee online activities. It addresses the concerns of both authorities and parents by providing a comprehensive management system. The application integrates seamlessly with the Trio Student app, eliminating the need for additional device configurations. With its intuitive interface and straightforward functionality, Trio Education is user-friendly and easy to operate.

Classes

In Trio Education, you can add various classes to your panel. Each class can be populated with students and devices, and multiple students can be assigned to each class along with their respective devices.

To manage classes and assign students and profiles, users should start by creating a class.

To add a new class, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the "Classes" tab on the left side menu.

  2. Click on "Add Class".

3. Enter the class name.

4. Select the grade.

5. Add profiles for school-owned & student-owned devices (optional).

6. Add teacher(s) (optional).

7. Set the class location. (Your school can also have classes outside the main campus.)

8. Choose an avatar for the class.

9. Click "Continue".

At the top of the classes page, the user can see the total number of classes for each grade.

Action Buttons:

- Search: Click the magnifier icon to search for a particular class.

- Edit: Click the pencil icon to edit the class information.

- Delete: Click the bin icon to delete the class.

- Info: Click the info icon to view detailed information about the class, including assigned devices, profiles, students, and teachers.
