Trio Education is a web-based application designed by experts to assist educators and school management in creating a safer and more productive environment for students using their mobile devices. Available in two different plans, Trio Education provides a range of features and functionalities to help school authorities monitor, manage, and control digital activities among students.

Reports
Reports in Trio Education encompass a broad range of information, segmented into various sections. Each section provides detailed insights and functionalities related to rules, devices, and student activities. This includes how the established rules are being applied and their impact, information on device usage, compliance, and activity, and detailed logs of student interactions and behavior on their devices. These comprehensive reports help users understand and manage digital activities effectively, ensuring that the monitoring and management goals of Trio Education are met.
The first section of the Reports provides the total number of students and devices across all grades and classes. You can sort this data to view it by individual classes and grades as needed.
The next section on the Reports tab displays students' attendance. It shows bars indicating students who are present and those who are late. Attendance is tracked using GPS data as students enter the school's Geofence.
The next section focuses on students' web activity. School management can view the total number of keywords and websites that students have searched for. Additionally, the system monitors students' searches and will notify the school if a blocked item is searched.
Please note that this information is generated based on the rules set by the school management in the profiles.
In the "Most Used Apps" section, the admin can view a list of the most frequently used applications. Apps that are used more often appear at the top of the list. This report reflects app usage within each class.
In addition to viewing the app usage chart, admins can also access data on total screen time for each class. This information reveals how much time each class has spent on their phones. Details are also available for individual students.
Reports include detailed insights into students' attendance status. The data reflects whether students are present, absent, or late on a daily basis. This information can be sorted by classes or grades to provide a clear overview.
Another important section in the reports is the students' information area. Here, you can view or edit details for each student, which includes:
Their first and last name
The class they are in
Their phone number
Their birth date
The number of devices they have paired with the school.
Admin can also view, add, or edit student information on the students' tab.
In the Advanced Reports section, there's a detailed device report that provides comprehensive information on each device's activities. This section includes various sets of data:
- The most used devices
- The most frequently used operating systems
- The number of devices in each class, along with their respective operating systems
Using the records in each section enables the management to manage the school efficiently.
