To make the most of Trio Education, follow these steps in order:
Adding a Class: Start by creating classes.
Adding Students: Add students to the system.
Enrolling Devices: Enroll devices and assign them to students.
Creating Profiles: Set up profiles for managing rules and restrictions.
Adding the Staff: Add staff members who will monitor the classes.
While it's okay to follow a different order, this sequence helps users access features and utilize their functionality more efficiently. By adding classes first, you can then assign students to each class. Enrolling devices becomes easier when you have students already assigned, allowing for seamless device allocation. After enrolling devices, you can create profiles and begin monitoring device activities. Finally, once all classes, students, and devices are added, you can select the staff members responsible for monitoring.
