How can I create student records?

Trio Education is a purpose-built solution for educational institutions designed to manage student attendance, monitor device usage, and oversee online activities. It addresses the concerns of both authorities and parents by providing a comprehensive management system. The application integrates seamlessly with the Trio Student app, eliminating the need for additional device configurations. With its intuitive interface and straightforward functionality, Trio Education is user-friendly and easy to operate.

In this manual, we'll provide a step-by-step guide on how to use Trio Education's Student management feature.

The Students tab is a new addition to Trio Education. It allows you to add, remove, and edit various details about student information.

To add a new student, follow these steps:

  • Access the Students Tab: Navigate to the Students tab in Trio Education.

  • Add a New Student: Follow the on-screen prompts to input the student's details.

Trio Education enables schools to track all students on their panel. This includes managing primary information for each student, assigning them to classes, and monitoring their devices.

To add a new student, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Students" tab.

  2. Select "Add student."

  1. Choose the method to add the student(s).

  • Individually (One student at a time)

  • As a group (Uploading a CSV file).

To add the students using a CSV file, do the following:

  • Choose “Enroll as Group (CSV).”

  • Select a class and click “Assign.”

  • Download the sample CSV and the documentation that helps you fill out the CSV file.

  • Upload the CSV file and select “Import.”

  • Select “Done.”

To add the students manually, users can follow the steps below:

  1. Choose "Enroll individually."

  2. Select the class the student needs to be assigned to.

  3. Select the device that needs to be assigned to the student and click "Assign."

The user then needs to provide the student's information.

4. Enter their first name.

5. Enter their last name.

6. Choose their gender.

7. Choose an avatar for the student.

8. Enter their phone number.

9. Enter their email address.

10. Enter their birthdate.

11. Select their home location on the map.

12. Input the guardian's name.

13. Determine their affiliation.

14. Enter the parent's phone number.

15. Enter the parent's email address.

16. Click "Add student."

If some students do not have assigned devices or if any part of their information, such as a home address, is missing, Trio Education will notify the admin. These notifications can be found at the upper part of the Students section.
