The functionality of the agent is the same on each operating system, but the installation process may vary slightly for each. The app is designed to fetch the rules set on Trio Education profiles and monitor the student's device seamlessly.
Keep in mind that it's necessary to install the agent app on the students' devices; otherwise, the school won't be able to monitor the students.
