Step 3: Write your reply
Scroll to the reply section and write your message.
You can:
Answer questions
Provide additional details
Share updates about the issue
Step 4: Submit your reply
Click Submit to send your response.
Your message will be added to the same ticket conversation.

You should reply when:
Status is Waiting on Customer
You have new information
The issue is not fully resolved
You need clarification
