Ticket Statuses Explained

Each support ticket has a status that shows its current progress. Understanding these statuses helps you know what is happening and when you need to take action.


Submitted

This means your ticket has been created successfully.

The support team has received your request and will review it shortly.


In Progress

This means the support team is actively working on your ticket.

They may be investigating the issue, testing, or preparing a response.


Waiting on Customer

This means the support team needs more information from you.

You should:

  • Open the ticket

  • Read the latest message

  • Reply with the requested details

Your ticket will not move forward until you respond.


Resolved

This means your issue has been handled and a solution has been provided.

You should:

  • Review the solution

  • Confirm if everything works as expected

If the issue is not fully resolved, you can reply to the same ticket.


Closed

This means the ticket has been fully completed and no further action is expected.

If you still have the same issue, you can:

  • Reply to the ticket

  • Or create a new one


How status changes

Ticket status can change based on:

  • Updates from the support team

  • Your replies

  • Resolution of the issue


Tips

  • Always check the latest status before replying

  • If the status is Waiting on Customer, respond as soon as possible

  • Keep all updates in the same ticket
