Before You Start
Credentials Enrollment (BYOD) allows employees to connect their personal Windows devices to Trio for access to company apps and resources while maintaining data privacy.
This lightweight enrollment ensures compliance and provides access to work apps without tracking or full device control. Trio automatically creates a separate workspace, keeping personal and corporate data isolated.
Keep in mind that the BYOD devices on not managed on the admin account. A new user account called BYOD user will be created and the rules and policies will be applied there. If unenrolled, the usr will be removed.
There's a video guide to this document as well.
Step 1: Install the Trio Agent
Download the Trio Agent from your admin’s link or Trio portal.
Run the installer and follow on-screen prompts to complete installation.
Once installed, the Trio Installer window will appear.
Select Mobile Device Management (MDM) to begin setup.
Step 2: Sign In with Credentials
Enter your device administrator password when prompted.
