Learn how to edit and manage users on Trio Business panel.

Users are the people in your company. You can add and onboard them and change their information.

You can follow the instructions below to edit and manage the existing users on your Trio Business panel.

  1. Open the Trio Business panel and click on the "Users" tab. You will see the list of existing users. Click on the three dots at the end of the row.

  2. The actions to be taken are displayed on the menu. First, you can edit the User's personal information.

  3. You can also assign the user the devices you have paired. Simply click on the Assign device button and select the device according to the OS.

Offboarding

The Archive or Offboarding process is also available in the user management section. You will have to check the device and accessory assignment to the user. After checking the devices, you will need to Archive the user's Trio account.

The final step in the user Offboarding process is to check the overall user info. After that, press Confirm to complete the Offboarding process.
