Settings

Trio’s Settings have four different categories: Organization, Admin Settings, Security, and MDM setup.

Organization

  • Input your company’s information, including your logo, office location, and any contact details for future use.

  • Provide your company’s Terms and Conditions for your employees to follow.

  • Gather a full list of all your offices and their locations for future purchases.

Admins list & settings

  • With Trio, you can share your access to the panel and list all the admins along with their details.

  • Each admin can have an assigned role based on their job position; these roles include owner, super admin, IT admin, and HR admin.

  • You can edit an admin's role or revoke their access entirely.

Security

  • Define strong password policies for all the passwords in your organization to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Determine password complexity such as its length and combinations, to ensure the security of your company.

  • Activate MFA to add an additional layer of security to your organization.

MDM setup

  • Set up your APNs certificate to enroll and manage your Apple devices.

  • Activate the DEP token to enable automated device enrollment for newly purchased devices.

  • Upload your VPP token from Apple to purchase apps and licenses in bulk.
