Setting password policies for admins

Adjust the password complexity, Two-Factor Authentication (MFA) and more password settings for your administrators.

Updated over a week ago

Since multiple admins can access the panel, it is necessary to establish strong password policies for your admins to prevent unauthorized access to your Trio panel. To set your password policies, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings at the sidebar.

  2. From the Organization tab, go to Security.

  3. Begin by defining an appropriate password length.

  4. Next, determine the complexity of your password by setting requirements for lowercase, uppercase, numeric, and special characters.

  5. Set a limit on the number of failed login attempts.

  6. Set limitations on how many times users may enter the wrong password before the user is locked out.

  7. Allow admins to recover their accounts using an email address other than your company's business email.

  8. Activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security.

  9. Once you are done, select Save Changes.
