Trio: Employee Management

Trio aims to automate managing all your enterprise resources including your employees. This includes onboarding employees, assigning them their tools and applications, and offboarding them if needed. Trio simplifies these tasks by allowing HR admins to follow easy and straightforward steps. This article discusses Trio’s capabilities when it comes to employee lifecycle management in detail.

Onboarding

There are three different ways to add employees on Trio. They can be added manually, imported from a CSV file, or through third-party integrations such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. All of these are possible through the employee section on the panel.

Onboarding capabilities

  • Keep track of all the employees with incomplete or pending onboarding processes using the Task Overview.

  • Assign people to their respective departments, ensuring they automatically follow their department’s policies.

  • To protect employees’ devices and data, set specific security restrictions and settings for their endpoints.

  • Assign employees various devices and accessories and automatically log their activity.

  • Provide your employees with the tools they need by granting them access rights to different platforms and licenses.

  • Add employees in bulk easily by uploading a CSV file that contains their basic information.

  • Import users through third-party integrations, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or HRIS platforms.

Offboarding

When an employee leaves, Trio helps you keep your data and resources safe, using an intricate offboarding process.

Offboarding capabilities

  • Keep track of all in-progress offboarding processes through the Task Overview.

  • Revoke employees’ access to company resources as soon as they depart.

  • Protect your data by erasing device data upon retrieval.

  • Archive employee accounts for possible future use or delete them permanently.
