  • Supported platforms: Android Enterprise (Fully Managed)

  • Device type: Company-Owned (COD)

Before You Start

The Fully Managed (Device Owner) enrollment method provides complete control over company-owned Android devices.
Once enrolled, admins can enforce policies, push apps automatically, enable location tracking (if allowed), and perform remote wipe or lock actions.

Before starting, ensure the device is factory reset and connected to Wi-Fi. This method connects directly to Android Enterprise for secure provisioning.

Step 1: Start Device Setup

  1. Power on the Android device after a factory reset.

  2. Proceed through setup until you reach the Google Sign-in screen.

  3. In the email field, type afw#setup and tap Next.

  4. This will initiate the connection to Android Enterprise.

Step 2: Enroll the Device

  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the Trio Enterprise account.

  2. When prompted, scan the QR code or enter the pairing code provided from the Trio panel.

  3. Review and grant the requested permissions.

Step 3: Complete Enrollment

  1. Review Google’s service terms and tap Accept to confirm.

  2. Wait for the setup to complete automatically.

  3. The Trio Agent installs silently, finalizing the fully managed configuration.
