Learn how to set up your "Trial" account on Trio Business.

Organizations can get and set up a trial account on Trio Business to access the initial features.

After receiving the account, you may follow the instructions below to get the panel prepared.

  1. On the panel's menu on the left, the "Trial" button is available. As you click on it, you will see the items you need to provide to complete the setup.

  2. The first thing to do is to activate Device Enrollment. There are different device types you can configure: Apple, Android, and Windows.

  3. After configuring the APN for the selected operating system, you need to add devices. From the existing options, you can select the device type. Follow the instructions to pair any of the devices within the list.

  4. To automate device enrollment for Apple devices, you need to set up the DEP certificate to easily handle the process. We will review the process Here.

  5. The next step is to create Groups. Groups refer to the departments, along with the users, personnel, applications, job titles, and policies. An organization can have multiple Groups with different goals, applications, and devices within. Set up your Groups in this step.
    You will add users, set up their roles, assign devices, define Configuration and Security policies, and allocate the Applications needed within each Group.

  6. The next step is to set up the security options. First, you can explore the profiles you can apply to the devices or groups. It gives you different facilities to better manage the organization's particles. You can also ensure the organization is compliant with global standards such as CCPA, HIPPA, NIST, GDPR, and...

  7. The last step is to finalize the settings. After the basic setup is done, you will be required to upgrade to the premium plan to add different software, View and use Integrations, and manage users.
