If a device becomes locked, administrators can either contact the owner or unlock the device using the passcode set in this section.
To configure these settings:
Open the Trio Business panel and navigate to Settings.
Click on the Location tab.
Set the unlock passcode to be used by admins in case a device is locked.
Enter contact information to display on the device’s lock screen, allowing anyone who finds it to reach the owner.
Optionally, provide additional details about the locked or lost device to assist with recovery or identification.
