Overview
The Dashboard module is the primary interface for monitoring user and device states in real time. It provides configurable dashboards composed of modular widgets that surface operational, compliance, and activity data.
Default Dashboard View
When an admin signs in, the currently active dashboard is loaded.
Displays real-time metrics using widgets
Each widget reflects tenant-scoped data
Widgets auto-refresh and show a Last Updated timestamp
Sample Widgets
OS Distribution: Displays enrolled device counts grouped by operating system (macOS, Windows, Android, iOS/iPadOS)
User Status: Displays user lifecycle states (Active, Onboarding, Suspended, Offboarded)
These are sample widgets. Additional widgets can be added using Add widget.
Dashboard Switching
Admins can manage multiple dashboards.
Switch Dashboard
Click the dashboard name dropdown next to Edit
Select an existing dashboard
Pin Dashboard
Click the pin icon to set a dashboard as the default
The pinned dashboard loads automatically on login
Create a New Dashboard
Use this flow to create a custom dashboard layout.
Navigate to Dashboard
Open the dashboard dropdown
Click Create.
In Dashboard name, enter a unique identifier
Click Add next to Widgets
Select widgets from the widget library
(Optional) Enable Set this dashboard as the default
Click Save
The dashboard becomes immediately available in the dashboard switcher.
Edit an Existing Dashboard
Use Edit mode to modify dashboard configuration.
Open the target dashboard
Click Edit
Available Actions
Dashboard name: Update the dashboard title
Widgets list: View all active widgets
Delete widget: Remove widgets using the delete icon
Add: Append new widgets
Set as default: Assign dashboard as default for the account
Click Save to apply changes or Cancel to discard
Add Widgets
Widgets are modular visual components that display system data.
Add Widget Flow
Click Add widget from the dashboard view or Add in Edit mode
Search or browse widgets in Manage Widgets
Click + to select widgets
Click Confirm
Widgets are added immediately and become visible on the dashboard.

Widget availability may vary based on role permissions and tenant configuration.
