Review organization details

Review organization details in Trio MSP.

The Organization Overview page provides a consolidated view of an organization’s identity, security posture, device landscape, and licensing status within the Trio MSP dashboard. This page is designed to help MSP administrators quickly assess the overall state of a customer environment and identify areas that may require attention.

Organization Identity and Metadata

At the top of the page, the organization’s core information is displayed, including:

  • Organization name and logo, used for identification across the MSP environment.

  • Region, which indicates the data residency and hosting location.

  • Domain, representing the organization’s portal URL within Trio.

  • Industry, providing contextual information for reporting and policy alignment.

  • Owner, showing the primary contact or responsible administrator for the organization.

  • OS coverage, highlighting which operating systems are currently supported and managed (for example, Android, iOS, macOS, Windows).

This information helps MSPs understand the scope and structure of the organization at a glance.

Overview Tabs and Sections

The Organization page includes multiple tabs, such as Overview, Details, Admins, Devices, Alerts, Event logs, Device logs, and Licenses.
The Overview tab serves as a summary view, while the other tabs provide deeper operational and audit-level details.

Recent Alerts

The Recent alerts section highlights the most recent security or operational alerts generated for the organization.

Each alert includes:

  • Alert name

  • Severity level (for example, Critical)

  • Time of occurrence

This section helps administrators quickly identify active or high-risk issues without navigating into the full alerts module.

Security Automation Status

The Security Automation panel summarizes the organization’s security posture based on enabled security controls and frameworks.

Key elements include:

  • The current security state (for example, In Risk or Secure)

  • The active CIS level (such as CIS Level 1 or 2)

  • A contextual message explaining whether required security controls are missing or fully enforced

When risks are detected, the panel highlights gaps that may require remediation. When all required controls are in place, the organization is marked as secure.

Key Highlights Panel

The Key Highlights panel provides quick access to essential operational and licensing details, including:

  • Portal link, allowing direct access to the organization’s Trio portal

  • Owner and owner email, identifying the primary administrator

  • Compliance overall score, reflecting the organization’s compliance posture as a percentage

  • Trio license status, showing whether the license is active, expired, or requires renewal

  • Billing expiration date, indicating when the current subscription period ends

  • OS summary, listing supported and active platforms

This panel is intended for rapid review and administrative reference.

Devices OS Distribution

The Devices OS Distribution section shows how devices are distributed across operating systems within the organization.

It typically includes:

  • Total number of enrolled devices

  • Breakdown by OS (Android, iOS/iPadOS, macOS, Windows)

This view helps MSPs understand platform adoption, plan support strategies, and assess platform-specific policy coverage.

Security State Variations

Depending on the organization’s configuration and device posture, the Security Automation panel may display different states:

  • In Risk, when critical security controls are missing or vulnerabilities are detected

  • Secure, when all required controls are active and compliance targets are met

These states are dynamic and update automatically based on policy enforcement, device status, and security automation results.

Actions and Access

The Actions and Open options allow administrators to perform organization-level operations or enter the organization’s dedicated portal. These controls are typically used for administrative management and deeper configuration workflows.
