Effective communication is the backbone of any enterprise management system. Whether it's alerting administrators to critical device status changes or sending enrollment instructions to end-users, your emails need to be reliable, professional, and branded.
The Trio SMTP Module gives you full control over how your system sends these emails. This feature is available to both Cloud and On-Premise customers, allowing you to use your own secure mail infrastructure instead of a generic sender.
Configuring Your SMTP Server
To begin sending emails through your own provider, navigate to Email Settings > SMTP Setting. This configuration ensures that Trio can securely connect to your mail server.
