Billing

Learn more about Billing info in Trio settings.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Billing section in Trio provides administrators with the tools to manage subscription details, monitor trial usage, and understand what happens after the trial ends. It is essential for maintaining uninterrupted access to device management features.

Key Components

1. Plan Details

  • Shows the current status of the subscription (e.g., trial active).

  • Displays how many days are remaining in the trial period.

  • A clear Upgrade button allows immediate transition to a paid plan.

2. Device Usage Overview

  • Highlights how many devices are enrolled out of the total allowed in the plan (e.g., 5 of 10).

  • Categorizes enrolled devices by platform:

    • Mac

    • iPhone & iPad

    • Android

    • Windows

3. Trial Expiry Notice

  • Explains the post-trial behavior:

    • Devices remain visible in the console.

    • Admins can unenroll them.

    • Active management (e.g., new configurations, policy changes) is restricted until a subscription is purchased.

Why It Matters

Proper billing setup ensures uninterrupted access to Trio’s device management features. By monitoring trial usage and device count, admins can plan upgrades proactively and avoid disruption in compliance or policy enforcement across enrolled endpoints.
