Welcome to Trio Support Trio Support is your centralized place to get help, report issues, and stay updated on your requests — all without leaving the Trio platform.


With Trio Support, you can:
• Create and track support tickets
• Communicate directly with the support team
• Access helpful resources and guides
• Stay informed about product updates and system status

Where to find Trio Support

You can access Trio Support directly from the main navigation inside the platform.

Overview of the Support Center

When you enter the Support Center, you’ll see three main sections:

  • Overview → A quick summary of your tickets and helpful actions

  • Tickets → A full list of all your support requests

  • Resources → Help articles and documentation


Understanding the Overview page

🎫 Ticket Summary

This section shows the current status of your tickets:

  • Submitted → Your request has been received

  • In Progress → The support team is working on it

  • Waiting on Customer → More information is needed from you

  • Resolved → Your issue has been completed

Recent Tickets

You can also quickly view your most recent tickets directly from the Overview page.
