Trio’s File Management module gives organizations a unified location to store, organize, and maintain all files used across their device fleet and internal workflows. The first screen shows an empty File Management dashboard. This is what admins see before any documents have been uploaded. The layout is intentionally clean, with a centered message indicating that no files are available yet. This emphasizes that Trio acts as a blank workspace, ready to store everything from PDFs and images to audio files, spreadsheets, videos, and application packages.

Once files are added, the page transforms into a structured library, as seen in the second and third screenshots.

After files have been uploaded, the dashboard automatically organizes them into a table or grid view depending on your preference.

The search bar and sorting filters at the top help teams navigate growing file collections. Whether you want to locate a specific PDF, find all recently added items, or browse only video files, the system adapts instantly.
