Before You Start

The Microsoft Teams integration in Trio allows administrators to route activity alerts, device events, and compliance notifications directly to Teams channels. This ensures IT staff receive important updates within their existing communication environment.

  2. Select the Teams channel that will receive notifications.

  3. Save the configuration.

Expected result: Notification routing rules are saved, and Trio is prepared to forward selected alerts to the Teams channel.

Step 4: Verify Integration with Test Notification

  1. Select Send Test Notification.

  2. Check the designated Teams channel to confirm delivery.

Expected result: A test notification appears in the selected Teams channel.
