To create new Groups on Trio, please follow these steps.
Open the Trio Business panel, and click on the Groups tab. On the new screen, click "Create Group".
You need to provide some information for the Groups including:
Group name
Manager
A description of the group
After completing the step, you need to provide the job titles that might be working in your intended group. For example, if it's the marketing team, You can add the manager, blogger, Google Ads specialist, and SEO expert.
From the app library, you can select the application your team in the group might need to use. According to the OS, you can select the app library options.
You can assign Security and Configuration profiles to manage the devices. From the existing profiles, choose the profiles you need for each type of the. device according to the OS compatibility.
To protect user privacy, Trio allows the IT admins to disable location tracking for each group to keep the user compliant and secure.
After completing the steps, please review the Group information to ensure you have all the items you need. you can make changes later.
