Overview
The Users page under Identity & Access provides centralized control over user identity records, lifecycle states, authentication enforcement, and group associations. All user-level administrative actions are executed from this interface.
Main Users Page
Displays the complete user directory for the organization and exposes identity attributes, lifecycle state, and group membership in a tabular format.

Current account lifecycle status
Users Group
Groups assigned for policy inheritance and automation
Role
Assigned authorization role, such as End user, Manager, IT admin, Super admin, or Read-only auditor

Whether multi-factor authentication is enabled for the user
Devices
Number of enrolled devices linked to the user
Source
Where the user came from, such as Manual, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, or SCIM

Most recent activity timestamp

Provides query-level controls to refine the visible user dataset without modifying underlying records.

Top Action Controls
Exposes configuration and creation entry points for user management operations.

Executes bulk operations on selected users

User Selection
Controls row-level selection to scope bulk administrative actions.

Executes lifecycle, security, and credential-related operations on selected users.
Menu Options
Resend Email
Reissues the user activation or onboarding email without modifying account state.
Assign to Group
Adds the selected users to one or more user groups so they inherit the policies and applications assigned to those groups.
Activate Users
Transitions users to an Active state, enabling authentication and policy enforcement.
Deactivate Users
Disables user authentication while retaining identity data, group membership, and device links.
Require Password Reset
Invalidates the current password and requires reset on the next login.
Require User MFA
Enforces mandatory MFA enrollment before continued access.
Remove User MFA Requirement
Removes enforced MFA while preserving existing MFA configurations.
Reset MFA
Resets the user's MFA enrollment and requires them to set up MFA again at next sign-in.
Delete Users
Permanently removes user identity records and associated references. This action cannot be reversed.
Pagination and Display Controls
Controls result set size and navigation across large user directories.

Defines the number of users displayed per page
