Learn more about Admins tab in Trio.

The Admins tab under Settings > Access in Trio is where all administrative users are listed, managed, and audited. This section gives platform owners full control over who can access the Trio dashboard, what actions they can perform, and how securely they're authenticated.

Designed for both transparency and security, the Admins tab plays a central role in enforcing access policies, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring compliance across your organization.

Overview of the Admins Tab

This tab presents a clear, filterable table of all users who have administrative access to your Trio instance. Each row represents a unique admin account with essential metadata for visibility and auditing.

Key components displayed per admin:

  • Name: Includes profile icon and labels the currently logged-in user as You

  • Email address: Used for login and system notifications

  • Assigned role: Indicates the user's access level, e.g., Owner, Admin, or custom role

  • State: Shows whether the account is Active (enabled) or Inactive (blocked)

  • Last login: Timestamp of the user’s most recent login

  • MFA: Multi-Factor Authentication status and method (e.g., Enabled via TOTP)

This table supports filtering by:

  • Name

  • Assigned role

  • MFA status

Useful for quick audits and role verification.
