Learn how to set up the initial user profile on Trio.

Welcome to Trio!

After signing up and registering, you'll need to set up your profile to begin using the Trio panel, enroll devices, and manage your organization's assets. Follow the steps below to complete your profile setup.

  1. Post-Sign-Up Process

    Once your sign-up request is approved by the Trio team, you'll receive an email with a link to Trio's login page. Click the link to proceed.

  2. Logging In

    Use the business email you provided during sign-up along with your password to log in. After signing in, you’ll be prompted to set up your user profile.

  3. Setting Up Your Profile

    You’ll need to provide specific information, primarily about your organization, to ensure the panel is tailored to your needs. Accuracy is key, so please double-check the details you enter.

    Steps to Complete Your Profile:

    1. Upload Your Company Logo

      • This step is optional but adds a personalized touch to the Trio panel.

    b. Provide Support Contact Information

    • Enter a support email and phone number. The Trio team may use this number if needed.

    c. Enter Office Address Details

    • Your office address will be part of your profile and will also support geofence settings. You can update this information later if necessary.

    • Required details:

      • Office Name

      • Country

      • State/City

      • Address

      • Postal Code

    d. Upload Your Policy Document Link

    • Provide the link to the policy document that users must agree to. This ensures compliance with international security standards.

  4. Completing the Setup

    Once all required information is provided, you’ll gain access to the Trio Business panel and can start managing your organization's assets with ease.
