Microsoft Teams Setup on Trio

Learn how to integrate Trio with your Microsoft account.

To integrate Trio and Microsoft Teams, please follow the instructions below.

  1. open Trio panels and from the left side menu, select integrations. There

    are many different apps you can connect to.

  2. From the integrable apps, please select Microsoft Teams. Click connect. Teams will help you manage event notifications from your Trio panel.


  3. You need to create event notifications to receive them on your Trio panel. Click on "Create Event Notification." The steps you need to follow are displayed there.

  4. To create the first items, click "Add." You will have to follow some steps to complete the setup.

  5. You should complete some basic details. these details include:

    1. Event name

    2. Team

    3. Channel

  6. After providing the information, click Next.

  7. The event is added to your list. you can delete or edit the event. There are a couple of action buttons such as "Edit" or "Delete" if you later change your mind.

  8. Upon clicking next, you can set up the configuration for Teams functionality as well.

  9. To test the functionality, click on "Send Test Notifications". This is to ensure that Trio and Teams are properly connected. You can select the channel to receive the notification on.

  10. You will receive the notifications in a selected channel on your Teams app. You can also review the notifications' details.
