The Company Info section in Trio's Settings module is where administrators configure the core organizational profile. This information is used across the platform for personalization, compliance, and administrative clarity.

Sections and Functions

1. Company Info

  • Logo Upload: Add your organization’s logo for branding purposes. This logo appears in system emails and various interface elements.

  • Organization Name: Displayed across the MDM interface and system notifications. Editable by clicking the pencil icon.

  • Industry Selector (symbolized by “+ -”): This might represent additional metadata for classifying your organization. Can be updated for internal or analytical use.

2. Policies

Policies serve as part of the enrollment compliance layer, ensuring end users acknowledge company rules.

  • Policy URL: Link to an external document or website where your organization's policy is hosted. Click the "+" icon to add.

  • Policy Text: Directly paste or write your policy content into the platform. Click the "+" to enter and save inline policies.

Both formats are presented to end users during the device enrollment process.

3. Offices

  • Use the Add Office button to record physical office locations.

  • This is especially useful when managing device procurement, accessories, and group assignments based on geographic location.

4. Default Time Zone

  • Set the default time zone for all IT administrators.

  • This setting affects log timestamps and scheduled actions across the platform.

Why It Matters

Proper configuration of Company Info ensures brand consistency, clear end-user communication, and compliant onboarding. Setting this up early guarantees all automated systems and templates reflect accurate and professional organization data.
