Agent Health

Trio articles

Agent Health reflects the reliability and freshness of endpoint telemetry feeding the compliance engine. Compliance accuracy depends directly on agent reporting consistency.

Backend services track heartbeat timestamps and ingestion latency to classify agents as healthy or stale. Stale agents reduce evaluation confidence but do not immediately invalidate historical results.

This widget is useful because it highlights data quality risks that can undermine compliance accuracy.

Agent health is determined by:

  • Telemetry heartbeat intervals

  • Last successful ingestion timestamp

  • Reporting SLA thresholds
