Before You Start
Queued commands allow you to monitor and control command execution across managed devices in real time. You can track pending, running, or failed executions and stop queued commands if needed.
Step 1: Access Queued Commands
In the left panel, navigate to Fleet → Command Center → Queued.
The Command in Queue tab displays all commands currently awaiting execution.
Step 2: Review Queued Commands
When commands are queued, a table displays the following details:
Name: The command name (e.g., Convert to 64-bit).
OS Env.: The target operating system (Windows CMD, macOS, etc.).
Launch Method: How the command runs — Manual, Scheduled, Webhook, or Repeating.
Pending Devices: Number of devices waiting to execute the command.
Queued At: The date and time when the command was queued.
You can use filters (Name, OS Env, Launch Method) to narrow down results.
Step 3: Stop a Queued Command
Click Stop beside any queued command.
A confirmation window appears:
“Are you sure you want to stop this command? All pending commands will be removed.”
Click Stop to confirm or Cancel to dismiss.
Note: Stopping a command permanently removes all pending executions.
Step 4: View Queued Command Details
Click a command name (e.g., Convert to 64-Bit #1) to open its detail view.
The detail page includes:
Command info: Environment, launch type, and schedule time.
Device list: Name, serial number, OS, assigned Autopilot, status (Pending, Failed, or Received), and start time.
Click Stop queued devices to cancel all pending executions under that command.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Command not visible after creation → Solution: Refresh the page or check the Results tab.
Issue: “Failed” status on devices → Solution: Review device connectivity or execution permissions.
Issue: Stop button greyed out → Solution: The command has already completed or been removed.
Next Steps
