🧭 How to Access Device Info
Open the Devices tab from the left sidebar.
Select any iPad device using iPadOS 16 or earlier (e.g., "Maren’s iPad").
The Device Information tab will load with full details.
🧑💼 User Info
User: Current user (e.g., unassigned or named).
User Group: Organizational role group (e.g., Design Heros).
Blueprint: Policy profile applied to the device.
Supervised: Indicates if the iPad is managed under Apple supervision.
DEP Assigned: Whether the device is enrolled through Apple DEP.
Device Name: Custom name assigned to the iPad.
ℹ️ Most fields here are supported from iOS 5+ and iOS 11+.
💻 Operating System
Name: iOS or iPadOS (depending on device generation).
Version: OS version (e.g., 16.2.2).
Build: Build ID (e.g., 22A400).
Device Manufacturer: Always Apple.
Update: Button to manually check for available OS updates.
Update Status: Shows whether an OS update is pending.
Latest Version: Latest version available to the device.
Release Date: Date of that version’s release.
Last Updated: Timestamp of the most recent OS update.
✅ Most update tracking features require iOS 9+ and above.
📥 Enrollment
Type: MDM.
Method: Manual Enroll.
Managed: Indicates if the device is MDM-managed.
Device Ownership: COD (Company Owned Device) or BYOD.
First / Last Enrollment: Key timestamps of the enrollment history.
Last User: The most recent associated user.
Agent Type: Trio MDM.
Agent Installed: Whether the Trio MDM agent is installed.
Sync Status: Current agent connectivity.
Connection Method: e.g., APNs.
Install Date: Date the management agent was installed.
Agent App Installed: Whether the user has the MDM app.
Last Check-in: Most recent server communication.
Agent Version: Installed version of the MDM agent.

Model Name: Actual iPad model (e.g., iPad mini).
Storage Usage: Storage used vs. total available.
Serial Number: Apple-issued serial number.
Device Group: Device management group (e.g., Design Heros).
Hardware UUID: Unique identifier for inventory and tracking.
Wi-Fi MAC / Bluetooth MAC: Hardware addresses for networking.
Battery Level: Current percentage of battery charge.

🔐 Security Info
Total Controls: Percent and count of passed security checks (e.g., 96%).
Certificate: Whether the device’s MDM certificate is valid.
Security Actions:
Remediate: Try to enforce policy compliance.
Exclude this device: Temporarily exclude from compliance checks.
Alerts in 7 Days: Total security alerts recently triggered.
CVEs Found: Known vulnerabilities affecting this device.
Jailbreak Status: Detects if the device is jailbroken (No).
Activation Lock / Passcode / Screen Lock / Secure Boot: Key device security settings.
Update Apps in 7 Days: Apps awaiting updates.
🔒 These controls begin working best with iOS 6+, especially jailbreak and Activation Lock detection.
🌐 Network
Wi-Fi
Local Host Name: Device network name.
IP Assign Mode: DHCP or Static IP.
MAC Address / IP / Subnet / Gateway: Full Wi-Fi configuration.
DNS: Primary and secondary DNS servers.
SSID: Connected Wi-Fi network.
Encryption: Security protocol (e.g., WPA2-Personal).
Connected: Whether currently online.
📶 Features such as SSID visibility and encryption require iOS 6+.
Cellular
Network Type: LTE/5G (as applicable).
Carrier Name: Mobile operator (e.g., MTN Irancell).
IP / Gateway / DNS: Cellular network parameters.
VPN Active: Whether VPN is active over the cellular network.
Connected: Status of mobile connectivity.
