Learn how to log into Trio with MFA activated.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Once your account is set up and multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled, logging in to Trio is fast, simple, and secure. This section walks you through the steps to access your company’s admin dashboard using your unique domain and credentials. With MFA in place, every login is protected with an extra layer of security to keep your organization safe.

Logging In to Trio

Once your account and MFA setup are complete, logging in to the Trio admin panel is quick and secure. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Visit the Admin Panel

Go to the Trio website at www.trio.so and click “Log in” in the top-right corner.
You can also access the login page through https://www.business.trio.so/

You will be redirected to the Admin Panel login screen.

🔸 Step 2: Enter Your Company Domain

You’ll need to log in using your company’s unique Trio domain. To do this:

  1. In the field under “Enter your company’s URL”, type your organization’s domain name.
    For example: InfoTechCompany

  2. Use the dropdown to select your domain region: .eu, .us, or .sa.

  3. Your full domain will look like:
    InfoTechCompany.eu.trio.so

  4. Click “Continue”.

Step 3: Sign In with Your Credentials

You’ll now see the Trio login screen. Enter:

  • Email address, username, or phone number

  • The password associated with your Trio account

(Optional) You may check “Auto sign in” to stay logged in on your device.

If needed, click “Forgot password?” to initiate a recovery process.

Click “Sign In” to continue.

Step 4: Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

If MFA is enabled for your account (as recommended), you will be prompted to enter a secure verification code.

  1. Open your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator).

  2. Locate the 6-digit TOTP code for your Trio account. Check your Authenticator app.

  3. Enter this code in the Passcode field.

Click “Next Step” to continue.

If you don’t have access to your authenticator, use your backup recovery code instead.

Once successfully authenticated, you will be logged into your company’s Trio Admin Dashboard, where you can begin managing devices, users, policies, and integrations.
