To start using Trio’s powerful mobile device management platform, you’ll first need to create an admin account. The sign-up process is simple, secure, and takes just a few minutes. You'll choose a company-specific domain, verify your email, and set up your login credentials — all through a guided onboarding flow. This section will walk you through each step in detail so you can get started managing devices and enforcing security policies with confidence.
Step 1: Visit the Website
Open your browser and go to www.trio.so
(You can also access the sign-up page through https://www.business.trio.so/auth/signup )
Step 2: Access the Login Page
Click the "Log in" button located at the top-right corner of the homepage.
You’ll be directed to the admin panel login screen.
Step 3: Navigate to the Sign-Up Page
Below the login field, click “Get Started” if it’s your first time here.
This will redirect you to the Sign-Up page where you can begin setting up your free trial.
Step 4: Fill In the Sign-Up Form
You are now on the registration page titled:
"Let's get started with Trio"
Follow the steps below:
Enter your work email address.
Example:[email protected]Select your HQ location using the dropdown.
Example: United Arab EmiratesChoose a unique company name.
This becomes part of your Trio URL (e.g.InfoTechCompany.us.trio.so)⚠️ This URL is permanent and cannot be changed later.
Click “Get Started”.
Step 5: Verify Your Email Address
Trio will send a 5-digit verification code to your email.
Steps:
Open your email inbox.
Copy the code from the Trio verification email.
Return to the Trio screen.
Enter the code in the 5 available boxes.
A countdown timer shows how long the code remains valid.
Click “Next” to continue.
Step 6: Set Up Your Account Credentials
You’ll now be prompted to complete your profile:
First Name
Last Name
Password – Choose a strong password including numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and symbols.
Confirm Password
Check the box to agree to Trio’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Click “Set Up My Account”.
Step 7: Creating Your Domain
A loading screen appears with the message: “Setting Up Your Trial 🚀”
Also, the progress bar below shows server allocation status.
Step 8: Domain Ready
Once provisioning completes, you’ll see: "Your Company Domain is Ready!"
Your unique domain is now live.
Example:https://InfoTechCompany.us.trio.so(example)Click “Go to dashboard” to enter your admin console.
Step 9: Log in to Your Company Dashboard
Once your domain is set up, you’ll be redirected to the login screen for your company’s Trio dashboard.
How to Log In:
Enter your registered email address
(e.g. [email protected])Type your account password.
(Optional) Check the box for Auto sign in if you’re on a secure, personal device.
Click Sign In.
Step 10: Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To protect your organization, Trio enforces MFA for all admin users. This ensures secure access via a second verification step after your password.
On the “Secure Your Account” screen:
Scan the QR code using an authenticator app like:
Google Authenticator
Microsoft Authenticator
Authy
If you can’t scan the QR code, click “Change to manual code” to enter a setup key manually.
Once the QR is scanned, your app will generate a 6-digit one-time code.
Enter this code in the field below the QR code.
Click Continue.
Step 11: MFA Confirmation
If the code is correct, you’ll see: “MFA setup complete!”
You have successfully set up multifactor authentication on your account.
Click the button: “Continue to Trio” to access your admin dashboard.
Step 12: Onboarding Personalization
To help Trio tailor your experience, you’ll be presented with a quick onboarding survey.
Fill out the following:
What industry are you in?
Select your business domain (e.g., Education, Healthcare, Finance).How did you discover us?
Choose the source where you learned about Trio (e.g., Referral, Web Search).Phone number
Enter a business contact number (international code auto-detected).How many devices do you plan to manage?
Select one:1–100,100–300,300–1000,1000+Platforms you manage
Choose the operating systems your organization uses:Mac
iPhone/iPad
Windows
Android
Once complete, click “Let’s start!” or use “Skip to dashboard” to bypass this step.
